Step Aerobics Block from Mandastep Step Volume 3
This is combination 2 from Mandastep Step Volume 3. It demonstrates how starting from easy moves you can build up the choreography as much or as little as you want to, depending on the standard and desires of your class. All the turns and leaps over the step are optional and can be omitted if required.
The combination is also completely balanced, guaranteeing a balanced work out on both the right and left legs.

None choreographed warm up for Step Aerobics
This is an example of a none choreographed warm up for Step. The advantages of a none choreographed warm up are that you can easily assess the standard of the class in front of you to see which choreographed step combinations would be the most appropriate for the main section.
Warm ups of this type can also be called "sequential", meaning that the moves, once performed, are not repeated and built upon. A complete class like this would probably become somewhat uninspiring, but this style can often be appropriate for a warm up, especially if you are covering a class and don't know the standard of the participants in advance.
